ich bekam keinen genius-3-level Rabatt owohl ich über e-mail und hotline es mehrmals versucht hatte. Alles was ihre "Nütlicher Idiot-Algorithmus nicht verarbeiten kann fällt hinten runter. Da ist kein Kommunikationsgebaren gegenüber einem Stammkunden. Schon allein um eine e-mail-Adresse oder hotline-Nummer zu bekommen muss man bei Ihrem Web-Auftritt detektivische Arbeit leisten. Statt das auf der Startseite zu plazieren. Bei der hotline kommt man in Besetzt- oder sonstige Endlosschleifen, auch wenn man Auftragsnummer und PIN angibt. Ich habe noch eine Hotelreservierung vom 21. - 31. Mai d.J. nach Neapel bei booking. Auch eine Reise mit Genius-Rabatt.
